ENTRY LEVEL PROCESS ASSOCIATE AT GENPACT

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ENTRY-LEVEL PROCESS ASSOCIATE:

1. The candidates will be responsible for enterprise-level master data management, which includes reviewing, validating, and executing global master data and change requests in multi-system environments.

   
   

2. They should perform basic statistical and relational analysis on large datasets to identify outliers.

   
   

3. On a daily basis, they should analyze, validate, and execute requests for mass customer maintenance while ensuring that proper standards are met.

   
   

4. Candidates should be able to communicate with business units to understand business requirements and the impact of master data changes.

   
   

5. They should prioritize, execute, follow-up and track data collection.

   
   

6. Candidates should maintain/enhance master data standards (SOPs, naming conventions) while enforcing enterprise data governance rules.

   
   

The minimum qualifications required for candidates to apply for this role are as follows:

1. Candidates should have completed graduation in commerce or related fields.

   
   

2. Having experience in food distribution service, master data analysis or data management is preferable.

   
   

3. They should have experience and knowledge of different departments like finance, sales and marketing, customer support, procurement, supply chain etc.

   
   

4. Candidates should possess excellent oral communication and written skills in English.

   
   

5. Ideal candidates should be able to type at least 35 words per minute.

   
   

6. Having experience in analyzing, validating, and posting data is a major advantage to the candidates.

   
   

7. Candidates should have advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

The primary job location for this role is Noida, India. So, selected candidates must be willing to relocate to this location.
