The roles and responsibilities for this position are as follows:

Candidates will be responsible for addressing client requests over calls or emails politely. They should record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps, and the total number of successful and unsuccessful resolutions.

The selected candidates must follow standard procedures to resolve all client queries. They should address client queries based on the SLA defined in the contract.

Candidates should also document the call log to identify recurring trends to prevent them in the future. They need to recognize and learn about products to assist clients more effectively.

They should maintain and update self-help documents to expedite customer resolution times.

The selected candidates must provide product support and solutions to clients by analyzing their problems and providing step-by-step resolutions.

They should accurately process and record all incoming calls and emails using designated tracking software.

The ideal candidate should be open to product training and constantly learn to remain up to date with product features and changes.

Candidates should collaborate with team leaders to brainstorm training themes and learn how to resolve issues more efficiently.

The parameters used to measure candidates’ performance are as follows:

1. The number of cases resolved per day, compliance with process and quality standards, meeting process SLAs, and customer feedback.

2. Additionally, training hours, productivity, efficiency, and absenteeism will be considered.

Candidates will work in the health sector, where they will manage health insurance claims.

The selected candidates must be open to relocating to Kolkata, as this job opening is specifically for that location. Candidates should also be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Any candidate with an undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline can apply for this role. However, candidates with undergraduate or graduate degrees in Business, B.Sc IT, MBA, or BE are not eligible.
