WNS VISAKHAPATNAM IS LOOKING FOR OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE.

The roles and responsibilities of this role are as follows:

1. The candidates will be responsible for providing data entry services and data checks to meet the client's goals.

   
   

2. They should be able to examine the documents and ID to assess for fraudulent activities. 

   
   

3. The selected candidates should be able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while performing their daily activities.

   
   

4. They should be able to extract the relevant data points required from documents and compare them with the data provided by the client to check for errors or fraud.

   
   

5. The ideal candidate should be a team player as they are required to collaborate with the other team members to provide continuous insights on the process and techniques.

   
   

6. They should be extremely good with checking documents and ID verification.

   
   

7. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English along with good reading and writing skills.

   
   

8. They should pay attention to details as they will be responsible for identifying fraud and ID verifications.

   
   

9. Having experience in the BPO industry is an added advantage. However, freshers with any graduation can also apply.

   
   

10. The candidate should have good typing skills and should be able to type at least 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy. There will be a typing test to check the accuracy and speed of the candidate.

    
    

11.  The candidate should also be willing to work on rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
