C++ Developer at HCL Pune Branch

The roles and responsibilities of the selected candidates will be as follows:

1. Code Development and Delivery:

   
   

   1. The candidates are responsible for developing code in C++  and delivering this code to the client as per the assigned project.

   
   

   2. Candidates must ensure that they are in adherence with the standard quality procedures and service level agreements.

   
   

   3. They will be responsible for optimizing the code, maintaining the code, and debugging the code.

   
   

   4. The candidates should make sure that the code is running efficiently while also scaling it for large systems and users.

   
   

2. Project Maintenance and Problem Resolution:

   
   

   1. The candidates should be able to identify, troubleshoot and debug the problem in the existing applications.

   
   

   2. They should be able to identify the necessary fixes to the problems and deploy them.

   
   

   3. They need to conduct regular checks and maintenance to make sure that necessary enhancements are made.

   
   

3. Client Communication:

   
   

   1. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and problem-solving skills.

   
   

   2. They should be able to communicate with the client to understand the requirements.

   
   

   3. They should make sure that the developed features meet the client's expectations.

   
   

   4. They should be able to collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional results.

   
   

4. Documentation and Reporting:

   
   

   1. The selected candidates should maintain documentation of the developed features and products.

   
   

   2. They should record the changes, updates and resolution for other stakeholders to reference.

   
   

   3. They should be able to provide the necessary reports to stakeholders when required.

The job location for this role is Pune. The selected candidate should be willing to relocate to Pune.

Candidates with knowledge of Python Programming language and QT will have an advantage over other candidates.

Recruitment Process:
