Entry Level Trust and Safety Associate at Accenture

The roles and responsibilities are as follows:

1. The role will focus mainly on user-generated content moderation. The candidates will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content.

2. They will be responsible for investigating, escalating and resolving issues flagged by the existing system.

3. Candidates need to have strong self-control as this role might include flashing lights, dark patterns and sensitive content moderation.

4. On a day-to-day basis, the candidates are responsible for identifying spam content to provide genuine search results and help remove the personal information reported by the user.

5. The candidates should be adaptable and flexible to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

6. They should have the ability to perform under pressure and effectively handle disputes to provide solutions.

7. Ideal candidates should have good communication skills as they will need to communicate with the team on a daily basis.

8. Detailed instructions will be provided to the candidates on all tasks and how to complete them. 

9. Candidates should be able to follow the guidelines provided by the client to review and remove content using the tools and channels provided by the client.

This job role will require the candidates to relocate to Bangalore as this is a work-from-office role.
