Roles and Responsibilities of Entry-Level Technical Support Representative:
Candidates should help customers via emails, chat, or calls depending on the client's requirements.
They must make sure that the service provided meets the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) mentioned by the client.
Should support the customer and help them out using decision support tools and other internal tools.
They should have good knowledge of the client's products and services so that they can help the customer.
Candidates must participate in training to stay up to date on clients’ products and services to deliver better customer satisfaction.
They must track, document, and retrieve all the information regarding the communication with the customer.
