Roles and Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Developer at Wipro:

1. Candidates should develop software solutions based on the information, system needs, and work processes provided by the client.

2. They should identify the problems in the current version of the software and should be able to fix them using the standard software development life cycle.

3. Candidates should be able to gather requirements from the client and convert them into feasible designs.

4. They should collaborate with multiple teams across the company to gather software requirements to meet the client's requirements.

5. Should be able to develop and automate existing processes using test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.

6. They must make sure that the code has no bugs through continuous testing and fixing.

7. Candidates must regularly seek feedback from clients to improve the existing code and ensure that the project is delivered on time.

8. They should document every step of the process using flowcharts, documentation, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments.

Candidates should make sure that there is a 100% error-free boarding and implementation of the project while also adhering to the project timeline.

They should maintain a 100% on-time MIS report generation during the course of the project while also ensuring on-time delivery and bug-free code.

The main purpose of the selected candidate is to design, test, and maintain software programs or applications that need to be deployed at the client’s end with 100% quality.

1. Good knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile processes.

   
   

2. Experience in testing and fixing bugs in software or applications

   
   

3. Advanced knowledge of coding concepts such as object-oriented programming, data structures, and databases.

This role is for the Belapur location in Mumbai. Since this is a work-from-office role, the selected candidates must be open to relocating.
