As an IT Support Specialist at Wipro in Rajkot, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of client IT environments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responding promptly to service requests from end users via calls, emails, chat, or IT management systems (IMS).
Providing high-quality solutions to software, hardware, and network-related issues within defined SLA timelines.
Conducting root cause analysis for recurring problems and developing action plans to prevent future occurrences.

Monitoring chatbots and automated systems to ensure proper issue tracking and closure.
Maintaining data logs and performing regular system backups.
Ensuring timely resolution of high-priority tickets to avoid service disruptions and escalations.
