Eligibility Criteria for HPCL Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification:

1. Executive Assistant, CA: 3-year full-time graduation in any discipline

   
   

2. Junior Executive (Civil/Mech): 3-year full-time Diploma in Civil/Mech Engineering

   
   

3. Junior Executive (Quality Control): B.Sc. in Chemistry

   
   

4. Engineers (All streams): 4-year full-time B.Tech/B.E. in relevant field

   
   

5. Officer (HR/Industrial): 2-year PG in HR/Industrial Engineering

   
   

6. Experienced Roles / FTC: Relevant UG/PG degrees including B.Tech, LLB, MBA, MCA, etc.

   
   

Minimum Marks:

1. UR/OBCNC/EWS: 65%

2. SC/ST/PwBD: 55%

3. CA (All): 50%

   
   

Age Limit

As of 30/06/2025 for Freshers, 15/07/2025 for Experienced

1. General age bracket: 25 to 48 years

2. Maximum age including relaxations: Up to 56 years

   
   

Age Relaxation:

1. SC/ST: 5 years

2. OBC: 3 years

3. PwBD: 10–15 years

4. Ex-Servicemen & J&K Residents: 5 years

5. Additional 2 years for experience above minimum (specific posts)

Salary Structure

1. Regular Posts: ₹30,000 – ₹2,80,000 per month

2. FTC Posts: ₹15–36 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience & role)

Selection Process

The selection stages may vary by post but generally include:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): Aptitude + Technical

2. Group Task / Personal Interview

3. Skill Test / Moot Court (Law) / Physical Test (as applicable)

4. Psychometric Assessment

5. Document Verification & Pre-Employment Medical Examination

2. SC/ST/PwBD: No Fee
