Roles and Responsibilities of Entry-Level AI/ML Engineer:
Candidates must apply machine learning and deep learning algorithms to help solve business problems and challenges.
They should work on improving the accuracy of the already existing models.
Working on tools and scripts for building and improving models using Python / R / SQL / Cloud data pipelines.
Design, develop and deploy models using TensorFlow/PyTorch.
Should be able to apply deep learning models using text, speech, image and video data.
Candidates should be able to use NLP for building text classification, relationship extraction, text summarization, topic modelling, and reasoning.
Use data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to create and communicate data efficiently.
Build CI/CD pipelines for Machine Learning model deployment.
Candidates should be able to link AI/ML models with other applications using REST APIs.
Work with cloud teams to deploy the model on a cloud server.
Must have qualifications to apply for this role:
Must have a great understanding of Machine Learning and AI solutions using Cloud technologies.
Candidates should be good at mathematical concepts like linear algebra and statistics.
Knowledge of using tools like Git/GitHub.
Should have the curiosity and ability to think out of the box.
Candidates must have good communication skills as they will be required to communicate with stakeholders and collaborate with other teams in model building.
The ideal candidate must be a contributor in Open-source machine learning communities like Kaggle.
They should have the ability to process huge amounts of data using Hadoop/Pyspark.
Experience in using platforms like Data Robots, Cognitive Scale and other cloud platforms.
